<br />August 11, 2016, executed by Brian L. Hayes and Julie L. Hayes; as Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE
<br />BANK, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded August 11,
<br />2016, in Instrument No. 201605205 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that
<br />all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
