SCHNECKLOTH, husband and wife, as Trustors, to <br />DAVID A. CHRISTENSEN, Attorney at Law and Member of the Nebraska Bar Association, <br />and Deed of Trust dated October 29, 2014, Joanne E. Whearty, Beneficiary, and filed of record <br />on October 30, 2014, as Instrument No. 201406901 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, has been paid, and DAVID A. CHRISTENSEN, Trustee of the Deed of Trust, <br />• <br />executed the 30 day of October, 2014, and Joanne E.
