<br />(1) and all of Lot Two (2), Valley View Second Subdivi-
<br />sion, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot Three (3), Valley View Second Subdivision, City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one)
<br />with GRANTEE that GRANTORS:
