Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 05/08/2015 and recorded on 05/0812015 recorded as Instrument 201502957; executed by <br />Craig M McIntyre, a Single Person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as <br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all <br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured <br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M McIntyre, a Single Person, the estate now held by it <br />thereunder, to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Eleven (11), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska (909 W South Front St., Grand Island, NE 68801) <br />And <br />Lot One (1) and the North Eleven (11) Feet of Lot Two (2), Block Three (3), Better Homes <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (908/910 S Eddy St., Grand Island, <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City, <br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on December 1, 2016. <br />On this 1st day of December, 2016, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County <br />personally came Nathan W.
