KERSHAW, OWNERS; hereinafter referred to as "Owner ", <br />WHEREAS, the Owner desires to connect the property at 3527 South Blaine Street; Lot One (1), Lake <br />Heritage Third Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska as shown in <br />Trustee's Deed recorded as Document No. 0201007696. <br />WHEREAS, the City will permit sanitary sewer lines to connect directly to the public sanitary sewer main, <br />subject to certain conditions being met by the Owner. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter contained, the <br />parties agree as follows: <br />1. The City hereby grants to the Owner a permit to connect the property at 3527 South Blaine <br />Street to the City' s Sanitary Sewer by core drill at the north end of the north/south pipe in <br />Bass Road (south of subject property), with a clean out at the end of the pipe, in accordance <br />with the requirements of the Director of Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected <br />and approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br />-1- <br />
