<br /> SECURITY AGREEMENT; FINAN�IN� STATEMENTS. The follow�ng pro�isions rela�ing to �his ❑eed ❑f Trust as a

<br /> exe�u�ed caunterparts, copies ❑r reprflduc�ivns vf �his ❑eed of Trust as a �inan�ing statement. Trustor shall
<br /> reimburse Lender for all expenses incurred in perfecting or continuing �his securi�y in�eres�. Upon defiault, Trus�or
<br /> shall nvt remv�e, se�er ar de�a�h �he Personal Proper�y from the Praperty. Llpon default, Trus�or shaiE assemb�e
<br /> any Pexsonal Prvper�y n�t affixed �o�the Property in a manner and at a piace reasvnably con�enient ta Trustor and
<br /> Lender and make it a�ailable to Lender within �hree �3} days a#ter rec�ipt ❑f written demand from Lender to �h�
<br /> exten�permitted by appli�able law.
<br /> Addresses. The mailing add�esses ❑f Trustor �debtor} and Lender �secured partyy �rom which infvrmativn
<br /> con�erning the security intsres� gran�ed by �his ❑eed ❑f Trust may be abtained �each as required by �he Unifvrm
<br /> Commercia� Code� are as stated ❑n the#irst page of�his Deed of Trust.
<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATTDRNEY-IN-FACT. The fvl�owing pra�isians relating to �ur�her assuran�es and
<br /> attorney�in-fact are a part o�this Deed o#Trust:
<br /> Fur�her Assurances. At any time, and �rom �ime �❑ �irne, upon request o� Lender, Trustor wiff make, execute and
<br /> deli�er, or will cause ta be made, executed or deli�er-ed, to Lender❑r to Lender's designee, and when requested by
<br /> Lend�r, �ause to be ��led, recordedr refiled, or rerecorded, as the case may be, at such �imes and �n such vffices
<br /> and places as Lender may deem appropriate, any and a11 such mor�gages, deeds o�trus�, security d�eds, security
<br /> agreements, financing statements, continuation s�fiat�ments, instruments v� further assu�-ance, certificates, and
<br /> other documents as may, in the svfe opinion ❑� Lender, �e necessary ❑r desiral�le in ❑rd�r to effectuate, complete,
<br /> perfect, continue, ❑r preser�e ��� Trus�or's ab�igatians under �he Note, #his Deed a� Trust, and the Related
<br /> Dvcuments, and ��} �he liens and security interests created by �his Deed of Trust as firs�t and prior �i�ns ❑n the
<br /> Property, whether naw vwned or hereafter a�quired by Trustor. Unless prnhibi�ed by law ar Lender agrees tv �he
<br /> can�rary #n wri�tng, Trustvr shall reimburse Lender for all costs and expenses incurred in conn�c'�ion wi�h the
<br /> ma�ters re�erred t❑ in th�s paragraph.
<br /> At�orney-in�Facfi. If Trustor�fails to do any of the things re�erred t❑ in fihe preceding paragraph, Lender may do sv
<br /> for and in the name vf Trus�ar and a� Trustar's expense. For such purposes, Trustor hereby irre�n�ab�y appoints
<br /> Lender as Trustor's attorney-in-fa�t fvr the purpase a� making, execu�ing, deli�ering, �iling, recvrding, and doing all
<br /> other things as may be necessary �r desirable, in Lender's svle op�nion, �� accomplish the ma��ers referred to in
<br /> the preceding paragraph.
<br /> FULL PERF�RMANCE. If Trustor pays af� th� Indeb�edness, in�luding wi�hou� limi�ation alf future ad�ances, when due,
<br /> and otherwise performs a�! the obligations imposed upon Trustor under �his ❑eed of Trus�, I�ender shall exe�u�e and
<br /> deli�er t� Trustee a request f�r full recvnveyance and shall execu�e and de�i�er t❑ Trustar suitahle statements vf
<br /> termination of any �inancing sta�ement ❑n file e�idencing Lender`s security interest in �he Rents and �he Personal
<br /> Property. Any recan�eyance fee required by law shall be paid by Trustvr, if permitted by applicabEe �aw.
