<br /> inspections and tes�s, afi Trustar's expense, as Lender may deem appropriate �v determine compiiance of �he
<br /> Praperty with this sect�on of the deed ❑f Tt�ust. Any inspectians �r �ests made by L�nder sha�� be far Lender's
<br /> purposes only and shall nat be construed �❑ crea�e any resp�nsibility nr liabi���y on-�he part ot Lender�❑ Trustor �r
<br /> to any other person. The repres�ntati�ns and warranties contained herein are based on Trus�or's due di�igence in
<br /> En�estigating the Praper�y f�r Hazardous Subs�ances. Trustar h�reby (1} reieases and waiWes any fu�ure �laims
<br /> aga�nst Lender for indemnity ❑r contributian in �he eWent Trus�or becomes liabie for cieanup or other costs under

<br /> Lender's Righ�to En�er. Lender and Lender's agenfis and representati�es may en�er upan the Rea! Property at all
<br /> reasnnable times t❑ at�end �o Lender's in�erests and �o inspect the Real Property far purposes of Trus�or's
<br /> campliance with the terms and �ondEtivns o�this Deed ❑f Trusfi.
