<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 06/30/2015 and recorded on 07/09/2015, recorded as Instrument 201504617; executed by
<br />Robert D Riedv and Kristin M Riedv. Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City
<br />is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the
<br />note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Robert D Riedv and Kristin M Riedv, Husband and Wife, the
<br />estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Block Five (5), Ponderosa Lake Estates Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on November 30, 2016.
