Shamberg, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of <br />Trust wherein Charles W. Winter and Lenore A. Winter, husband andv` <br />wife, are Beneficiary, and Dale E. Billings and Janet K. Billings, l <br />husband and wife, are Trustors and James I. Shamberg is Trustee; \` <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on September 30, 1988, and <br />identified as Document No. 88- 105346, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein and the said sum of money has been fully <br />paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate <br />conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property <br />hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said <br />Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />SHAMBERG, TRUSTEE <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />i The foreng Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me <br />on coi , 2000, by James I.
