NOTICE OF LIEN <br />The Yancey Condominium Association Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, ( "Association "), in <br />accordance with the Declaration and Master Deed claims a lien on the following <br />described real estate; �. <br />Condominium Unit No. 1003, The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium in c <br />accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984, under Document No. <br />84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records, as amended. <br />said real estate owned by Jeremy S. and Jack L.
