<br />of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin D. Billington and Michelle Billington, as husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as Beneficiary and Commercial
<br />Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust was thereafter filed for record
<br />October 17, 1995 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No.95- 107016.
<br />On or about October 20, 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded November 8, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 107649.
