<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, A Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Commercial Federal
<br />Mortgage Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated March 13, 1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 98- 102306 and Beneficial Interest In said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without warranty,
