<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Craig L Garrett
<br />and Shelly L Garrett, husband and wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Five Points Bank, Grand Island, NE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 16, 2015,
<br />and recorded on January 16, 2015, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Instrument No. 201500383, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on January 28, 2015, and recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 201500565, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this DEED OF
<br />RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises.
<br />Lot Fifteen (15), Hoffman Second Subdivision, in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
