<br />Steffi A. Swanson, Attorney at Law, 1308 Galvin Road South,
<br />Heritage Square, Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred
<br />to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter
<br />described, for valuable consideration, hereby grants and conveys to
<br />THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and
<br />assi*s, P.O. Box 44372, Washington, D.C. 20026 -4372, Attn: Single
<br />Family Property Disposition Branch, as Assignee, Grantee, without
<br />any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />THE NORTH FIFTY TWO ( 52 ) FEET OF LOT SIX ( 6) , BLOCK THREE
<br />(3), OF SOUTH GRAND ISLAND, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated September 11, 1998, and recorded on September
<br />16, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at Book 98 Page 109065 wherein Mateo Andres, an unmarried
<br />man is named Trustor; and Mountain West Financial, Inc. is named
<br />Beneficiary; and First American Title Insurance Company is named
<br />Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on
<br />the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $52,965.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corporation by an Assignment
<br />dated September 11, 1998 and recorded on September 16, 1998 in Book
<br />98 Page 109066 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated December
