<br /> shalE nat rema�e, se�er �r detach the Persanai Property #rom the Property. Upan default, Trus�or shall assemble
<br /> any Personal Praper�y nat affixed �o the Property in a rnanner and at a p�ace reasonab�y canvenient to Trustvr and
<br /> Lender and make it a�ailable t❑ Lender within three �3} days ��ter reve€pt of w�itten demand from Lender ta �he
<br /> extent permi�ted by applicable law.

<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATT�RNEY-[N-FACT. The #allowing pravisions relat�ng t❑ further assurances and

<br /> other dacurnents as may, in the sole opinion of Lender, he necessary or desirable €n order ta effectuate, campEete,
<br /> perfe�t, continue, or preser�e ��y Borrower's and Trustor's abligatians under the Nate, this Deed of Trus�, and
