<br /> Indsbtedness. The word "lndebtedness" means a!I principal, interesi, and ath�r amvunts, costs and �xpenses
<br /> payable under the Crsdit Agreemen# or Rela#ed Documents, together with a!I renewals of, extens�ons of,
<br /> madifications of, consolidations of and substitutians for the Credit Agreement or Related Documents and any
<br /> amounts expended ar ad�anced hy Lender to discharge Trustar's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trusfar's ob�igations under this ❑eed vf Trust, togethe�- w�th interest on su�h amounts as
<br /> provided in this []eed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means F�rst Natianal Bank of �maha, its successors and assigns. The wards
<br /> "successors or assigns"mean any person or�ompany that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Persona� Property. The wvrds "Persvnal Prvperty" mean al� equipment, fixtures, and other articles vf pe�sonal
<br /> property naw ar hereafter awned by Trustor, and naw o� hereafter attached or affixed to the Real Praper�y;
<br /> together w ith a�l accessior�s, par�s, and additions ta, all replacements of, and all substitutions for, any oi such
