<br /> transp�rted or atherwise handled. The words "Hazardaus Substances" are used in their�ery broadest sense and

<br /> Impra�ements. The word "�mprovements" means all ex�sting and future impro�ements, buildings, structure$,

<br /> Indebtednsss. The wo�-d "Ind�bt�dness" means all principaf, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under th� Credit Agreement or Related Documents, tagether with all renewals of, extensions af,
<br /> madifications of, consvlidations af and substitutions for the Cred�t Agreement or Relat�d f]ocuments and any

<br /> Lender. The word "Len�er" means First National Bank ❑� �maha, its successors and assigns. The wvrds
<br /> "successors ar assigns"mean any person or company#hat acquires any'rnterest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "P�rsona! Property" mean all equipment, �ixtures, and other ar#icles of personal
<br /> praperty now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached ar affix�d to the Real Property;
<br /> together wEth all accessions, parts, and additions to, a�l replacements af, and al� substitutivns '�vr, any of such
<br /> proper�y; and together with a!i proceed� �including without limitation ai! insurance proceeds and refunds of
