WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, A Member of the
<br />Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated October 31, 1996, executed by THE OLE COW PALACE, A Nebraska
<br />Partnership, DENNIS D. NELSON and BERNARD H. BORER, JR., General o�
<br />Partners, as Trustors, in which T.B.T., INC., A Nebraska
<br />Corporation, was named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned was
<br />named as Trustee, which Deed was recorded in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 12, 1996, as Document
<br />No. 96- 108889, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from T.B.T., INC.,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Part of Section Nineteen (19), and part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4) and the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section
<br />Twenty (20) , Township Eleven (11) , Range Nine (9) , West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as more particularly
<br />described on attached Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by
<br />reference,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
