<br /> No 1Nai�er by Lender. Tru�tor understands Lender will no�give up any ot Lender;s rights under�his Deed of Trus�
<br /> unless Lender daes s❑ in wri�ing. The fa���ha� Lender deiays or omits �a exercise any right wiII nat mean that
<br /> Lender has gi�en up that right. If Lender do�s agree in writing t❑ gi�e up one ot Lender�'s rights, that dves not
<br /> mean T�us�tor wi�I not ha�e to compIy with the ather pro�isions of�his Deed of Trust, Trustor also undet�stands
<br /> that if L�nder does consent to a request, that does not mean that Trustor will not have to get Lender's consent
<br /> again if the situation happens again. Trus�or further unde�sfands that jus�because Lender�onsents�❑ one or-more
<br /> of Trus#or's requests, that does not mean Lender wiII he required �o consent to any ❑f Trus�ar's fu�ure requests.

<br /> Se�erabi�rty. If a court�inds tha� any prv�isian of this Deed o�Trust is nvt valid or shouId not be en�or�ed� �hat

<br /> Crsdit Agreement. The words "Credit Agreemen�" mean the c�edit agreement dated November 34, 2��6, w�th
