<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GRAND ISLAND
<br />CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS, Inc., a Nebraska Non - Profit Corporation, as Trustor, to DUANE A.
<br />BURNS, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
<br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND NEBRASKA, as Beneficiary, dated 7 of
<br />October 2011, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Instrument Number 0201107499, has been satisfied by the assumption by True North Church,
<br />Inc., and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Lots One (1), Three (3), Five (5), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven
<br />(11), Twelve (12), Thirteen(13) and Fourteen (14), Block Twenty Nine (29),
<br />Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded in Book 152, Page 465 and EXCEPTING a certain tract more
<br />particularly described in Quitclaim Deed recorded as Document No. 81- 001071,
<br />and EXCEPTING a tract more particularly described in General Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 201503852
