r <br />PLEASE RETURN TO: NEDCO, 4445 S. 86 Street, Suite 200, Lincoln, NE 68526 <br />TERMINATION AND RELEASE OF THIRD PARTY LENDER AGREEMENT <br />On 08/04/2006, at the request of Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, Platte Valley <br />State Bank, as the Third Party Lender, executed a Third Party Lender Agreement whereby <br />Platte Valley State Bank made certain representations and commitments with respect to its loan <br />to Kershner Properties, L.L.C. and /or Central Nebraska Management, Inc. (hereinafter <br />"Borrower"). The Third Party Lender Agreement was subsequently recorded on 8/14/2006 as <br />Instrument No. 200607226 in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, relating to real estate <br />described as: <br />The North 11 feet of Lot 23 and the South 49 feet of Lot 22 and the North 60 feet of Lot 22, of <br />Holcomb's Highway Homes Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in the Register of Deeds <br />Office as Document No. 200010623 <br />Since Platte Valley State Bank executed the Third Party Lender Agreement, the <br />Borrower has satisfied its obligation to the United States Small Business Administration and <br />Nebraska Economic Development Corporation; which necessitates the termination of the Third <br />Party Lender Agreement and Release of Platte Valley State Bank from its obligations under the <br />Third Party Lender Agreement. <br />Premised upon the foregoing, Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, as <br />Attorney in Fact for the United States Small Business Administration, an agency of the United <br />States of America and assignee of the Third Party Lender Agreement, hereby terminates the <br />Third Party Lender Agreement and releases Platte Valley State Bank from its obligations under <br />the Third Party Lender Agreement. <br />Dated this 30 day of N unv,rk 2016. <br />Nebraska Economic Development Corporation, <br />Attorn ct for the United States Small <br />Busin tr �on, <br />Scott Sailors, President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF LANCASTER ) <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me this 36 day of <br />/VOue.,n,ber , 2016 by Scott Sailors, President of Nebraska Economic Development <br />Corporation, as Attorney -in -Fact for the United ates Small Business Administration. <br />General Notary - State of Nebraska <br />JASON CULVER <br />M9 Comm.
