Land Development, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized under the laws of <br />the State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Hundred Fifty -Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($155,000.00) received from GRANTEE, SHAFER DEVELOPMENT, L.L.C. <br />conveys to Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76- <br />201): <br />Lot One (1), Richmond Second Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that <br />GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />Executed this 20th day of April, 2001. <br />G.
