Burlington Avenue, Suite 200 <br />Hastings, NE 68901 <br />n <br />z <br />m <br />['1 <br />R <br />n <br />c <br />w <br />IRRIGATION WELL AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 8th day of November , 2016 <br />by and between the City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as <br />SELLER and BRAD MONCRIEF, TRUSTEE; BRAD MONCRIEF REVOCABLE TRUST, <br />hereinafter referred to as BUYER. <br />WITNESS: <br />The SELLER is the owner of a tract of land more particularly described on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to convey to the BUYER the property described on <br />Exhibit " and <br />WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a parcel of land more particularly described on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference which property contains an <br />irrigation well situated on a fifty (50) foot strip on the west boundary of the parcel described in <br />Exhibit "B"; and <br />WHEREAS, SELLER grants BUYER their successors and assigns an easement for <br />farming the current farm ground situated within the parcel described in Exhibit `B" and, further, <br />an easement for access, ingress and egress over a strip fifty (50) feet wide for access to the <br />irrigation well located in the fifty (50) foot strip on the west side of SELLER'S property <br />described in Exhibit "B" to be used from the real property in Exhibit `B" and personal property <br />conveyed to BUYER as part of this transaction. <br />ni <br />nil <br />rn <br />- <br />cn <br />Cl) <br />70 <br />m <br />0 <br />
