<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by TOMMY L UMMEL
<br />JR. A SINGL,F. PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the Ijenefit of HOME FEDERAL,
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated DECEMBER 20, 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 27 1999 in the p
<br />Off ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99-112133 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed `
<br />and delivered:

<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as "Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to

<br />EAST I IALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW 1/4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN
<br />(13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (1 1) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />BOUNDED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON ROAD.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
