<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed `

<br />(13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (1 1) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />BOUNDED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON ROAD.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
