For such indemnity, the Benef��iary sha11 be secur�d under this I]eed of Trust xn the same manner as the �blxgatxons and a1x amounts payable under this Section shall be paad to the Beneficxary with �nterest at the rate specif�ed in Section 3.�9. The �rantor's obl�gat�ans under this S�ction sha11 sur�i�e the e�ercxse by the Benefic�ary of its ribhts and remedxes hereunder, any forec�osure �n ali or any parrt of the Trust Estate and the cance��atzon or satisfac�ion�f this Deed of Trust. Section G.�S. Trustee. (A} Subject to applicabl� law, the Trustee may resign by an �nstrument in writing addressed to �he B�nef�c�ary, �r txie Trustee may be remo�ed at any time with ar without cause by an �nstrument xn writ�ng executed by the Benefzc�ary.
