Chapman A�enue, 3�d F�oor, �range, �A 9�8 6 S as S ervicer (herein the "Principa�"�, and �ompu- L�nk Corporatian dba �elir�, 39�� ap�tal �ity Slvd, Lansing MI 4g9�5, as Sul�servic�r �here�n the "Subservi��r"}, the undersigned Matthew Enge1 a� �hief Financ�a� �fficer of Pr�ncipal, does herein constitute and appoint `�Any �fficer or Manager �f�elink" (here�n referred to collect�vely as "Attorneys-�n�Fact" and indiv�dually as "Attorney-�n-Fact"] and each officer or manager approved by the Board of D�rectors of�elink indiv�dual�y a tru� and lawfu� Attarney-in-Fact for Principa� (but on�y for the spec��c purpnses set for�h herein and permitted by the Subs�r��cing Agreem�nt� and pursuant to th� Subservi�ing Agreement h�reby author�zes and empowers each such Att�rney-in-Fa�t, far and in the name and stead �f Principal to endorse, e�ecute �r deliver any and a�l documents or instruments of mortgage satisfaction ar �ancellation, or af part�ai or full release ar discharge, and all other �amparab�e �nstrum.ents w�th r�spect to the reverse mart�age i�ans, al1 �n accordance w�th the terms of the Suhservi�ing Agreement �nclud�ng, without lim�tation, th� re�ordir�g or filing w�th the a�propriate publi� off�cials of such docum�nts or instruments and the endorsement and deposit of any such documents or �nstruments �n conne�t�on with the foreclosure of any l�an, or the bankrupt�y or rece�v�rsh�p �f the borrower of any loan. This Specia� and L�mited Power �f Attorney sha�� n�t autharize or empower the Subservicer to take a�tions not permitted by the Subservicing Agreement. In addition, th�s dacument authorizes and �mp�wers the Subservicer w�th the ability ta execute, acknowledge, sea� and de�iver any and a�� docum.ents, deeds, transfexs, tax declarations, �ert�ficates, �SCr4W 1r15truCt10I1Sy bills of sa1e, closing statem.ents and any �ther dacuments or instruments whatsoever which are necessary, appr�priate, or requ�red t�tran�fer, sell or convey RE� Propert�. Ca �ta�ized terms usec� and not other�vise defined herein sha1� have the respective � rr�eanings ascribed to such terms in the Subs�rvicing Agreeme�t. Principal covenants and agrees that �t shal�, from. time to time after the date h�re�f, at the request of Subservicer, ex�cute �nstruments �anfirmir�g a�1 �f t�� f�regoing authority of th� AttorneysYin-Fact. The fore�oing shall not b� deerx�ed t� be breached by reas�n�f any action�r om�ssion of any Att�rney-in-Fact as may be appoi�.ted hereunder.
