That, the said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation by assignment dated September 1, 1991, and filed June 22, 1992, as Document No. 92- 105367 in the Register of Deeds office of said county. That, the said Merrill Lynch Credit Corporation hereby substitutes MERRILL LYNCH CREDIT CORPORATION as Trustee in lieu of Jacqueline M. O'Brien, Successor Trustee, which Substitution of Trustee was filed February 2, 1993 as Document No. 93- 100944 in the Register of Deeds Office of said county.
