<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br /> under the Deeds of Trust dated December 10, 2010 and July 8,2016 and executed by Jean
<br /> M. Wilson and Bryan D. Wilson, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is
<br /> named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br /> the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 17, 2010 as Instrument No.
<br /> 0201009443 and July 14, 2016 as Instrument No. 201604431.
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br /> Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br /> of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> The South Half (S1/2) of Lot One (1) in Block Twenty (20), in Fairview Park Addition to the
<br /> City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br /> paid;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br /> of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br /> or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
