The date of this Waiver Of Right To Designate Hamestead is November <br />16, 2016. The parties and their addresses are: <br />tL <br />LENDER: <br />BANK OF DONIPHAN <br />PO BOX 270 <br />DONIPHAN, NE 68832 <br />1. WAIVER. In accordance with the Farm Homestead Protection Act, prior to executing the <br />attached Security Instrument, Grantor states as follows: <br />A. I intend to grant a security interest in real property (Property) described on the attached <br />Security Instrument. <br />B. My homestead is located on this Property, and I understand that I have the right to make <br />a designation of homestead in the attached Security Instrument. <br />C. 1 understand that by signing this Waiver I waive any rights otherwise available for the <br />purpose of affording me the opportunity to retain my homestead in the event of a default <br />upon the attached Security Instrument. <br />D.
