<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Anthony C
<br />Randone and Melissa Marie Randone, husband and wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Co., Kearney, NE, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated May 31, 2012, and recorded on June 1, 2012, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 201204407, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on June 1, 2012,
<br />and recorded as Instrument No. 201204408, and said Beneficiary has requested m writing that this DEED
<br />OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises.
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THREE (3), PONDEROSA LAKE ESTATES FOURTH SUBDIVISION,
<br />AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
