<br /> subst�nces:gasoli�e,kerosene, other flarnmable or toxic petr�leum products,toxic pesticides and herbicides,
<br /> valatile solvents, materials containing asbestos or f�rmaldehyde, and radioacti�e mater�als; (b}
<br /> ".E�tvironmQrttal Law"means federalla�vs and laws of the,�urisdiction�here the Pr�perty is Iacated tha�
<br /> r��at�to hea�th, safe��r en�ir�nment�Z prote�t�on; �c) "�n�i�or�rr�er�tal Clear�a�p"��.c�udes�ny respanse
<br /> action, remedial action, or removal action, as defined in Environmenta.l Law; and�d}an "E��iror��rae�tal
<br /> Cor�ditior�"mea�s a conditian that can.cause, contribute t�, or otherwise trigger an Environm�nta�Cleanup.
<br /> Borrower shall not cause or permit the presence,use,di5posal, storage,or release of any Hazardous
<br /> 5ubs�ances,or threaten to release any Hazardous Su�bs�nces,on or in th�Praperty. Borra�ver sha1�not do,
<br /> nor a��a�r anyone�lse to do,anyth�ng affecti�.g the Property�a)that is in uiolation of an�Environmental
<br /> La�, (b}vvhich creates an Environmenta�Conditian,or tc}which,due to the presence,use,or release of a
<br /> Hazardous Substance,creates a condition that adversely affects the va�ue of th�Property. The prec�ding two
<br /> sentences sha�1 nat app�y ta the presence,use,ar storage on the Propert�of sma��qua�.tYt�es of Ha�ardous
<br /> Substances that are generall�recognized to be appropriate to norma�residential use�and to m.aintenance nf

<br /> action by any ga�ernmenta.l or regulatary agency or private party involving the Property and any Hazarc�ous
<br /> Subs�kance ar En��ronmenta��,a�of���ch Borro���has actua�kno�v�edge, �b}�n��nvirvnm�nta�
<br /> �ondition, includxng but r�ot limited ta,any spi���ng, leaking,discharge,release ar threat of release of any
<br /> Hazardous Substance,and(c}any candition caused by the pr�sence,use or relea�e of a Hazardous Substance
<br /> which adversely affects the value 4f the Property. If Borrower�e�.rns,ar is n�tified�y any governmenta�or
<br /> r�gula�tory authority,or an�private part�r,that any remaval or�ther remediation of any Ha�ardaus Substance
<br /> aff�ctin�the Property is necessary,Borrower sha11 pramptly take a11 necessary rernedial actions in
<br /> accordance with Environmental Law.NQthing herein sha�I�reate any obligation on Lender for an
