EASEMENT
<br />STAROSTKA, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, herein called the GRANTOR, for
<br />ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, hereby grants and
<br />conveys unto
<br />C. CLIFTON NELSEN and DIANE NELSEN, husband and wife AND C.
<br />CLIFTON NELSEN, TRUSTEE FOR THE JUDITH LYNNE NELSEN TRUST, FOR
<br />THE KAREN ELLEN NELSEN TRUST, and FOR THE ANDREW CLIFTON
<br />NELSEN TRUST, and A. C. NELSEN ENTERPRISES, INC., A Nebraska Corporation,
<br />GRANTEE, a permanent easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, repair,
<br />remove and replace any utility line or structure and all other necessary appurtenances and
<br />improvements associated with such lines or structure, including surface markers, and any
<br />other equipment necessary for the operation of any of the foregoing, upon, over, above,
<br />underneath, across and through the following- described real estate:
<br />An additional 8 foot easement on the Westerly side of Lot 11, Commercial Industrial
<br />Park Subdivision of part of Block 1, Nelsen Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, adjoining and 8 feet easterly of the 8 foot easement on the
<br />Westerly side of said lot.
<br />Together with unrestricted ingress and egress, through and across the above-
<br />described tract of land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted.
<br />This is a perpetual easement and shall run with the land.
