EASEMENT <br />STAROSTKA, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, herein called the GRANTOR, for <br />ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, hereby grants and <br />conveys unto <br />C. CLIFTON NELSEN and DIANE NELSEN, husband and wife AND C. <br />CLIFTON NELSEN, TRUSTEE FOR THE JUDITH LYNNE NELSEN TRUST, FOR <br />THE KAREN ELLEN NELSEN TRUST, and FOR THE ANDREW CLIFTON <br />NELSEN TRUST, and A. C.
