Depue, Successor Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is Successor Trustee under the Trust deed recorded in the office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 200904393. <br />2. That Kent E. Leth is the Trustor under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. Depue as Successor Trustee <br />under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Plate Enterprises, LLC. <br />4.
