<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 3, 2010, and Assignment of Rents dated September 28,
<br />2016, executed by DT Homes, LLC, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No. 0201001445 on the 5th of March, 2010,
<br />and entered as Instrument No. 201606425 on the 28th of September, 2016, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Southerly 66 feet of Fractional Lots 1 and 2, in Fractional Block 38, in Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska and its complement being Fractional Lot
<br />1, in Fractional Block 3, in Windolph's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and being a
<br />rectangular tract of ground having an easterly frontage of 66 feet on Adams Street, a depth of 106
<br />feet and bounded on the south by the alley in said Blocks 3 and 38, as surveyed, platted and
<br />recorded..
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of
<br />Rents has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 17th day of November, 2016.
