Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by. LARRY S
<br />KUTA AND ELIZABETH A KUTA. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 6/11/98 4/26/99 and
<br />recorded 6/25/98 5/18/99 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument 98- 106177 99- 105126 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: S
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the a
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
