<br /> �he abligation� imposed up�n Tru�tor under this ❑eed of Trus�, Lend�r s�hall �xecute and d�li�er t❑ Trustee a r�quest f�r
<br /> �ull recan�eyanGe and shall execut� �nd deli�er to Trus�or suitable sta��ments vf terminatiQn of any financing statement
<br /> on file e�idenc�ng Lender's security interest in the R�nts and the Personal Property. Any recvn�eyan�e �F�e required by

<br /> cvnditian c�ntained in this Deed vf Trust vr in any ❑f the Related Q�cuments or to c�mply with ar to perform any
<br /> term, vbligatian, cv�enant�ar candi�ion cantained in any other agreement between Lender and Borrawer or Trustor.
<br /> Campliance Default, Failure ta comply with any ❑ther term, obliga�tion, co��nant ar candition �ontained tn this
<br /> ❑eed af Trust, the Nate or in any nf the Related aocuments.
<br /> Default an Dther Rayrnents. Failure of Trustor withir� the time required by this De�d of Trust t❑ make any payment
<br /> for taxes ar insuran�e, vr any other payment n�cessary to pre�ent�iling a�❑r tn e�feGt discharge ��any lien.
<br /> False Statements. Any warranty, rep�esentation pr statement made vr furnished t� Lender by Sorrawer or Tru�tor
<br /> vr on Borrow�r's or Trustor's behalf under this Deed ❑f Trust or the Re�at�d Dacuments is false ar misieading in
<br /> any material resp�ct, eith�r naw pr at the time made or furnished ar becomes fals� ar misleadin� ax any t�me

<br /> Defecti►►e CollateralizatiQn. This Deed �f Trust or any of the Related Q�cuments ceases to be in fu�l force and

<br /> Death vr Insvluency. The death o� Bvrrower or Tr'ustor, the insvl��ncy vf Borrower ar Trustor, th� appointment ot
<br /> a re�ei�er for any part af 64rraw�r's ❑r Trustor'� property, any as�tgnment for the benefit ❑f creditors, �ny type of

<br /> Creditor ar Forfeiture Praceedings. Cammencement af fareclosure or forfeiture pra�eedings, whether by judicial

<br /> go�ernrriental agency against any property securing the Indebtedn�ss. This in�lud�s a garnishm�nt of any of
