Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska <br />on April 17, 2001, wherein Adair Asset Management, L.L.C. is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: <br />MICHAEL A. PANOWICZ and PATRICIA M.
