Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />on April 17, 2001, wherein Adair Asset Management, L.L.C. is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are:
<br />MICHAEL A. PANOWICZ and PATRICIA M. PANOWICZ, Husband and Wife, WILLIAM G.
<br />BLACKBURN, FIVE POINTS BANK, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA acting through the FARMERS .So
<br />HOME ADMINISTRATION, STATE BANK OF CAIRO, BOSSELMAN, INC., UNITED STATES OF
<br />AMERICA, JOHN and MARY DOE; and all other persons /entities unknown having or claiming any right,
<br />interest or title in and to the following legally described real estate:
<br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section
<br />Eleven in Township Twelve North, Range Eleven West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which has an address of 10288 White Cloud Road, Cairo, Nebraska 68824 -9760
<br />That the object and prayer of said Petition is to obtain a foreclosure of the Certificate of Tax Sale No.
<br />1022 issued on March 3, 1998 by the Hall County Treasurer to Plaintiff, including a foreclosure of the taxes
<br />and special assessments identified in said Certificate, together with subsequent taxes and interest, costs and
<br />fees; and to have the same declared a first lien in and to said real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have
<br />said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit; to
<br />foreclose said Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever
<br />in and to said real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as the Court
<br />may deem just and equitable.
