<br />Elton H. Rathman, a widower, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of
<br />transferring property to a revocable trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto Elton H. Rathman, Trustee of The Elton H. Rathman Revocable Trust, herein
<br />called the grantee whether one or more, the following described real property in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Engelhaupt Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E' /2 SE '/) in Section Thirty -six (36), in
<br />Township Ten (10) North of Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the property described in deed recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 93- 110013.
<br />Lot One (1) on Mainland and Lot Three (3) on Island, in Section Twenty -three
<br />(23), and Twelve (12) acres of land off the south side of Lot Two (2), in Section
<br />Twenty -three (23), and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at a point 89 -6/100 rods south of the center of said Section Twenty -
<br />thee (23), on the East line of said Lot Two (2), thence running south on east line
<br />to the North bank of the North channel of the Platte River, thence Southwesterly
<br />along the North bank of said channel to a point where the said channel intersects
<br />the West line of said Lot Two (2), thence North along the West line of said Lot
<br />Two (2) to a point 69 -6/100 rods south of the northwest corner of said Lot Two
<br />(2), thence east to the place of beginning, in Township Ten (10) North of Range
