<br />Notice is hereby given that Leroy C. Hoelck, Trustee of the Leroy C. Hoelck Family Trust, and
<br />Leroy C. Hoelck individually, and as the surviving spouse of Margaret Ann. Hoelck a/k/a 0 0
<br />Margaret A. Hoelck and a/k/a Margaret Bernt Hoelck, GRANTORS, have sold and shall convey \ U.
