Jonak <br />201607705 <br />ADDENDUM TO DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, <br />RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF <br />SUMMERFIELD ESTATES (NORTH ROAD AND GROUSE BOULEVARD) <br />The undersigned are the owners of the following- described real property located <br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Summerfield Estates First Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived by the undersigned and any <br />purchaser or purchasers of a Lot described on the foregoing Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference, their heirs, devisees, personal representatives, <br />successors, assigns or grantees, the undersigned hereby stipulate and agree that the <br />foregoing real property shall be subject to the foregoing DECLARATION OF <br />RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR <br />HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF SUMMERFIELD ESTATES (North Road and <br />Grouse Boulevard) ( "the Covenants ") executed thereon by Bradley D. Bauer, and <br />declaring the desire of the Owners to maintain, repair and care for a sign for Summerfield <br />Estates at North Road and Grouse Boulevard and maintain and care for the center islands <br />on Grouse Boulevard. <br />The undersigned join in the foregoing Covenants and agree that the Covenants <br />and all addendums thereto of Owners, including this addendum, collectively shall <br />constitute the Covenants. The Covenants shall be binding upon the heirs, devisees, <br />personal representatives, successors, assigns and grantees of the undersigned. Any <br />purchaser or purchasers of the foregoing real property and their heirs, devisees, personal <br />representatives, successors, assigns or grantees agree to the Covenants by acceptance of <br />any conveyance of the foregoing real property. <br />Dated this gfrgay of O chex , 2016. <br />
