CONFIRM TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY Upon consideration of the Petition for Formal Adjudication of Intestacy and Determination of Heirs to Confirm Title to Real Property and determination of the decedent's children living at the date of his death to confirm title, the Court Finds, Orders and Decrees as follows: 1. That the required Notice of the time and place of hearing has been given to all persons interested or waived. 2. That Hall County, Nebraska, is the proper venue for these proceedings. 3. That the decedent died November 21, 1994, a resident of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. 4. Decedent died intestate owning no property requiring administration of his estate but was the owner of a life estate in and to the following described property: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter (N1 /2 NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Six (26), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and that said life estate in said property had been devised to this decedent by the terms of the Last Testament and Will of his father, Carl Stoeger, heretofore admitted to probate in Hall County, Nebraska as Case No. 7281; that the terms of the said Carl Stoeger's Will provided that upon the death of Lawrence Stoeger, life tenant, said property was devised to his living children, in equal shares to each. 5. The heirs of the decedent at the time of his death are determined to.be: Minnie Stoeger, widow, deceased (died March 27, 2000); Peggy Veeder, daughter, 511 W. Egypt St., Cairo, Nebraska 68824;
