<br />NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue and in execution of the power of sale granted to said Trustee,
<br />and in consideration of the sum of $44,700.00 to him paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Commercial Credit
<br />Corporation the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lot 6, Block 9, Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Commercial Credit Corporation, its
<br />heirs and assigns forever.
<br />This Deed shall operate to convey to the Grantee, without right of redemption, the Grantor's title
<br />and all right, title, interest and claim of the Trustors and their successors in interest and of all persons
<br />claiming by, through or under them, in and to the property sold, including all such right, title, interest and
<br />claim in and to such property acquired by the Trustors or their successors in interest subsequent to the
<br />execution of the Deed of Trust.
<br />This Deed is subject to the liens, encumbrances, real estate taxes, assessments, easements,
<br />restrictions or covenants of record which Grantor is not entitled to convey pursuant to Nebraska Statute
<br />Sec. 76- 1010(2) R.R.S., 1996.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Trustee has hereunto set his hand and seal this day of
