<br /> under a certain Deed af Trust, dated Deaember 2, 19a5, wherein

<br /> the Truatara,, which was filed for record in the office of the
<br />� Register of Deeds of Ha11 County , Nebraska, on DecemUer 2, 1985,
<br /> as Document No. 85-005932, and contains as the trust property the
<br /> followin�-described real estate:

<br /> Fractional Block Eight (8) in Gilbert' s
<br /> Second Addition to the Gity of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> together with all buildin�s, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br /> alleys, passagewayu, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br /> nances located thereor� or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br /> renta, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br /> lncludin� al� such personal property that is attached to the
<br /> improvements so as to constitute a fixture , all of which, includ-
