<br /> under a certain IIeed of Trust, dated December 28, 1983, wherein
<br /> Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, husband and wife;
<br /> Gary F. Voecks and Judi A. Voeeks, husband and wife; and MiQhael L.
<br /> Neubert and Brenda J. Neubert, husband and wife, were the Trustors,
<br /> which was filed for record in the office of the Re�ister of Deeds
<br /> of Hall County, Nebraska, on December 28, 19s3, as Document No.
<br /> 83-006756, and contains as the trust property the following-
<br /> desaribed real estate:
<br /> See Exhibit A;
<br /> together with all building�, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br /> alleys, passageways, easements, rights, vrivileges and appurtie-
<br /> nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br /> rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br /> includin� all such personal property that is attached to the
<br /> improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of whiah, includ-
<br /> ing replaaements snd additions thereto, are hereby declared ta be
<br /> a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br /> agreed that all of the foregaing shall be hereinafter referred to
<br /> as the "Proper�y" ; . :
<br /> hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason
<br /> that the said Trustors have failed to make the payments of ' ,.
<br /> principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that ,
<br /> Deed of Trust. •
<br /> By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects
<br /> � , to sel7. or cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the
<br /> obli�ations of that certain Note dated December 28, 1983, owing ; _-
<br /> from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan .
