<br />SHERIFF'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, at the 2000 Term of the District Court of and for Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, held within and for the County of Hall, Farm Credit Services of
<br />America, FLCA, f /k/a Farm Credit Services of the Midlands, FLCA, as successor -in-
<br />interest to Farm Credit Bank of Omaha f /k/a Federal Land Bank of Omaha, Plaintiff,
<br />recovered a judgment and decree against Kent A. Binfield, Ellyn A. Binfield, Binfield
<br />Corporation, and Binfield Ranch (collectively the "Binfields ") for the sum of $197,499.19 as
<br />of July 29, 1998, plus accruing interest and costs, and directing that in case of default in
<br />the payment of the amounts so found and adjudged to be due within twenty (20) days after
<br />the entry of said decree, that the mortgaged premises hereinafter described, be advertised
<br />and sold by the Sheriff of said County, as upon execution, and,
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the amounts so
<br />found due, I, Jerry Watson, Sheriff of said County, as directed by said decree, did on the
<br />15th day of March, 2000, at the Lower Lobby of the Hall County Courthouse in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, in said County, after having given due notice of the time and place of
<br />said sale once each week for four consecutive weeks prior thereto, in the Grand Island
<br />Independent, a newspaper printed in and of general circulation in said County, sell said
<br />premises to Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman, husband and wife, for the sum of
<br />$113,325.00, being the highest bidder therefor. Said sale was afterwards, and at the 2000
<br />Term of said Court, duly confirmed, and such Sheriff ordered to make the purchaser
<br />thereat a deed conveying said mortgaged premises.
<br />NOW, therefore, I, Jerry Watson, Sheriff of said County, in consideration of
<br />the premises, and by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, do hereby give, grant and
<br />convey unto the said Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman and said grantee's heirs
<br />and assigns, all of the estate, right, title and interest in said mortgaged premises of which
<br />the defendants in Docket 130, Page 083, District Court of Hall County, including those
<br />defendants described herein, were seized and possessed at the time the lien documents
<br />referred to in said decree were given, or at any time thereafter, to -wit:
