TRANSFER OF RIGHTS IN THE PROPERTY <br />This Security Instrument secures to Lender: (i) the repayment of the Loan, and all renewals, extensions and <br />modifications of the Note; and (ii) the performance of Borrower's covenants and agreements under this <br />Security Instrument and the Note. For this purpose, Borrower irrevocably grants and conveys to Trustee, in <br />trust, with power of sale, the following described property located in the <br />County of Hall <br />[Type of Recording Jurisdiction] [Name of Recording Jurisdiction] <br />Suite Four (4) in the Brentwood By- The -Lake Condominium Property Regime II, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as shown on the plat and plan for the Brentwood B- The -Lake <br />Condominium Property Regime II and the Declaration thereor, and any amendments thereto, and subject <br />to the Declaration, grants, covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions establishing a plan for <br />dondominium ownership of the Brentwood By- The -Lake Condominium Property Regime II, as set forth <br />therein and of record as Instrument No. 82- 001758, and (any amendments) thereto, all as contained in the <br />records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />which currently has the address of <br />2747 Lakewood Dr. <br />[Street] <br />Grand Island , Nebraska 68801 ( "Property Address "): <br />[City] [Zip Code] <br />TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
