<br /> Diatrict Court of Hamilton County, Nebraska, wherein Mary Lou
<br /> Jefferson and Dale Jefferson, husband and wife, were plaintiffa,
<br /> and Mary Lou Jefferson and Edward R. Jenkins, Personal
<br /> Representatives of the Estate of Naomi Ruth Jenkins, deeeased;
<br /> Kimberly A. Jenkins and Kevin E. Jenkins, Trustees; Eclward R.
<br /> Jenkins and Charlane M. Jenkins, husband and wife, Kimberly A.
<br /> Jenkins, a single person; Kevin E. Jenkins, a single person; and
<br /> Calvin Schultz and Rhonda Schultz, husband and wife; and Home
<br /> Federal Savings and Loan Association, a Corporation, defendants;
<br /> for the partition of the premises hereinafter described, the
<br /> undersigned Referee appointed by said Court to make partition of
<br /> said real estate made his report in writing, dul� signed, settinq
<br /> forth that partition of said lands, owing to the number of
<br /> interests therein, could not be made without great prejudice to '

<br /> printed and in gener.al circulation in said county, that I would
<br /> � offer the real estate hereinafter described for sale at the pre-
<br /> mises in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 9th day of _,
