<br /> 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on December
<br /> 18, 1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7602 which directed the conveyance of 3he real estate
<br /> described below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br /> 2. Ordinance No. 7602 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent
<br /> according to law, and notice of such sale and the te�ns thereof was published in the
<br /> Grand Island Dairy Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circularion in
<br /> " Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for ihree consecutive weeks, on December 27, 1989,
<br /> January 2, and January 9, 1990, all as required by Section 16-?.02, R.R.S. 1943, as
<br /> amended.
<br /> 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of
<br /> Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of
<br /> Ordinance No. 7602.
<br /> 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7602 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against
<br /> such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to LARRY
<br /> E. ROYLE and CECILIA B. ROYLE a warranty deed for said real estate, and the
<br /> execution of such deed is hereby authorized without fwther action on behalf of the City
<br /> Council. . �
