Grupe, Its Presdent <br />co <br />CONSENT TO COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />Lot Nine (9), situated on the East side of the West Portion of Kuester <br />Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(EIASWY) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, having <br />a lake front footage of Eighty (80) feet. <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Collateral Assignment of Lease Agreement to Home Federal Bank by Charles F. Pfeifer <br />and Christine R. Pfeifer, Husband And Wife, as Joint Tenants, of a Lease dated November <br />/ , 2016, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Eugene Carl Harnapp and Betty <br />Jean Harnapp, husband and wife are the Lessees, such lease commenced June 15, 2012, <br />and terminates November .3 , 2016, and pertains to: <br />Said Collateral Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor <br />to Home Federal Bank, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of <br />$ _55 000,Ob and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust deed <br />covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />Notary Public <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security <br />was acknowledged before me this day of November 2016, by Brian A. Grupe, <br />President of Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />
