<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 04/15/2016 and recorded on 05/09/2016, recorded as instrument #201602834; executed by
<br />Oseka Homes, L.L.C., as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said
<br />bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from
<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Oseka Homes, L.L.C., the estate now held by it thereunder,
<br />to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Northview Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on November 1, 2016.

<br />On this 1st day of November, 2016, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County
<br />personally came Nathan W. Perry, Market President — CEO of Pinnacle Bank, a Corporation, to me
<br />personally known to be the President and identical person whose name is affixed to the above release,
<br />and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such officer, and the
<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
